The Wessex Trade Centre
Ringwood Road, Poole, Dorset

The estate owners Protego Real Estate Investors LLP appointed CNP the CDM co-ordinators with the task of up dating their investment property.

Cladcoat were awarded the contract to re-colour this Industrial Trade Centre with as little disruption to the tenants as possible.

Work on this tired looking 1980’s Industrial Trade Centre commenced in April, the 33 very dated brown and yellow units have been re-coloured to a modern silver, the window frames and roller shutter doors to an up to date blue.

The Industrial Trade Centre has been transformed and given a new lease of life at a fraction of the cost of re-placing the cladding.

Cladcoat have been appointed by Myddleton and Major the managing agents for their client , Industrial Property Investment Fund to re-colour The Drove on the West Wilts Industrial Estate which is a small nursery unit scheme.

The units, originally a dark brown had suffered substantial fade and were looking very tired, the loading doors originally red were faded and flaky.

The units have been re-coloured to an up to date Goosewing Grey and the loading doors to Ipif’s corporate Blue colour.

Cladclean has recently completed the cleaning of Marlin house. Marlin Ltd awarded us the contract to clean their premises at Fernside Business Park, which is next to the Ferndown Industrial Estate in Dorset.

Cladclean gave Delafield’s a new lease of life by giving their premises a spring clean and clearing debris and plant life out of the gutters.

Cladcoat have just been awarded the contract to re-colour this office building. Work commences at the beginning of November.
